Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited conduct

• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, or misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or exploitation of minors.
• Distribution of malware, scraping that impairs service stability, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
• Sending unsolicited bulk communications without proper consent and unsubscribe mechanisms.
• Using the Services to build a competing product by systematically extracting non-public data.

Security obligations

You must promptly report vulnerabilities to our security contact. Do not access accounts or data that you are not authorized to use. Rotate credentials when staff depart.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend accounts, notify law enforcement where appropriate, and cooperate with Restaurant Partners who request action for misuse affecting their venues.
