Integrations connect Restaurant OS to POS and booking channels—healthy OAuth and mapping reduce order errors.

When to use this

First connection, token refresh, or diagnosing mismatched items.

Step-by-step

  1. Start at Settings → Channels & integrations (/integrations/pos or /settings/integrations—they open the same hub). Partner-specific pages (Toast, Square, etc.) may also appear when your rollout includes them.
  2. Complete provider OAuth in one session; note the confirmation screen.
  3. Validate a test order across systems after changes.

  • Item mapping issues often trace to SKU or PLU changes—check recent menu publishes.
