Step-by-step

  1. For responding and clearing threads today, open Grow → Reviews.
  2. For trajectory charts and aggregates, open Insights → Review Trends.
  3. For structured post-visit surveys, open /reports/surveys (Guest surveys under Insights when your workspace surfaces that link).
