Step-by-step
- Pick the correct restaurant from the workspace switcher (if you manage more than one).
- Use Today for the day-of snapshot; Service for Reservations, Experiences, and operational Menus; Orders → Live Orders for tickets; Customers → Guest database (plus segments, tasks, workflows when enabled); Insights for analytics; Grow for marketing, social, reviews, Google Business, discounts, and promos when those appear for you.
- Open Account (billing, payouts, MFA) from the profile icon at the top right—not in the sidebar. Use Support → Help & support at the bottom for guides; View service requests for ticket history.
Tips & best practices
- If a sidebar area is missing, ask an owner to review permissions—it is usually intentional.
- Deep links from this Help center open the right page when you already have access.
- Marketplace, Shift overview, POS tablets, or extra Customers/Grow items only show when your environment and permissions enable them—ask an owner if your sidebar looks thinner than training docs.
