Overview

This hub is for your Google Business Profile connection: health of the link, posts, performance insights, and keeping profile fields aligned. POS and ordering integrations are configured separately under Settings → Channels & integrations.

When to use this

Connecting GBP, publishing updates, or explaining why discovery metrics moved.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Grow → Google Business in the sidebar.
  2. Start from Overview for connection status; use Insights, Posts, and Profile tabs for day-to-day work.
  3. If orders or menus look wrong in POS, switch context to Settings → Channels & integrations—that is a different integration surface.

  • Small, steady posting beats rare mega-dumps for local discovery.

Common issues

Connection or OAuth errors

Finish authorization in one browser session; retry from an owner login and capture any error text for an Integrations ticket.

Numbers differ from Google’s dashboard

Compare date ranges and whether the profile covers one location or many—timezone boundaries also shift daily totals.
