Overview

Payout configuration moves funds according to your program; wallet may be available for eligible regions and products. Subscription billing cards are managed separately under Account → Payment methods.

When to use this

Use when setting up banking, verifying payout status, or understanding wallet top-up where enabled.

Step-by-step

  1. Navigate to Account → Payout for bank and payout settings you are permitted to edit.
  2. If wallet is enabled for your brand, open Account → Wallet for balance and top-up flows.

Tips & best practices

  • Support tickets about payouts should include restaurant and approximate transfer dates (never paste full card or bank secrets).

Common issues

Missing wallet or payout menu

Availability is controlled by product and region—ask an owner whether your organization is enabled.

Payout delayed or returned

Verify bank account ownership and routing numbers with your finance lead; tickets should omit full account numbers.

Balance doesn’t match expectations

Compare statement dates and timezone boundaries to processor portals before opening a Billing request.
